What is the Elveden Capital Profit Share Fund (PSF)?

The Elveden Capital Profit Share Fund (EC PSF) is designed to give professional investors with smaller capital contributions the opportunity to participate in high-quality residential real estate investments. By pooling resources, investors can gain access to large-scale developments and enjoy a share in the profits upon project completion.

How It Works

Investment Period

The agreement begins as soon as the investor makes their initial capital available.

Pre-Project Allocation

Investments are held in the EC PSF account until they are allocated to a live project. During this waiting period, the funds will accrue interest at a rate of 4% AER variable, aligned with UK base rate movements.

Post-Project Allocation

Once the investment is allocated to a live project, interest ceases to accrue, and the Profit Share Fund becomes active. From this point, investors are in line to receive a 35% share of the project's net profit, proportionate to their equity contribution.
